The Specialist – Marketing Strategy and Campaigns will drive best practice in the delivery of marketing initiatives such as global campaign planning and activation, project and stakeholder management, sponsorship, and client programmes, ensuring they are appropriately timed and accurately measured.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a global campaign schedule, roll-out, and measurement
  • Support the development of best practice, policy, and procedure
  • Plan for the activation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, based on an understanding of the business objectives and the target audience of each initiative
  • Manage the production of high-end, multi-channel campaign assets to ensure the highest quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness, including reports, infographics, table mats, video content, and other campaign, marketing, and content related deliverables
  • Work with the brand and design services teams to drive the development of visual digital assets that support our digital marketing strategy, including proactively suggesting new and innovative ways of enhancing our brand
  • Engage with and colleagues across the BDMC function to promote a joined-up and holistic creative offering
  • To measure and report on the ROI of strategic marketing initiatives

 

Experience Required

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Campaign planning/management/production experience
  • Content publishing platform expertise
  • Track record of coordinating digital assets, including project management of video production
  • Experience of working in a marketing environment, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Highly collaborative with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a highly proactive and motivated approach
