Baker McKenzie seeks an experienced North America Mobility Specialist to be instrumental in developing and improving processes and the administration of the mobility in North America, under the guidance of the North America Director of Human Resources and in partnership with the Global Mobility Manager. The North America Mobility Specialist will assist with the human resources aspects of interoffice mobility. They will serve as the point of contact for the full-cycle responsibilities of all inbound and outbound moves related to North America and have accountability for the management of related mobility programs.

Experience Required

The candidate must have five or more years of mobility administration experience in a legal or professional services environment. Additional requirements include exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to relate to and gain the confidence of people at all levels within an organization, as well as an ability to build strong relationships and work in a collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree is required.
