Description

  • Practice Group: Finance & Projects
  • Position: Associate (typically 3~6+ PQE as a guideline; flexible for strong fit)
  • Qualification: Japan-qualified lawyer (bengoshi)
  • Core experience: Finance and projects work within a law firm environment (e.g., lending/financing transactions, project finance, acquisition finance and/or other banking/finance matters relevant to the Finance & Projects practice)
  • Capabilities sought: Ability to run workstreams with appropriate supervision, draft/review transaction documents, manage timelines, and collaborate with partners/associates on deal execution.
  • Language Requirements:  Japanese: Native/ native level (required), English: Strong working proficiency required (reading/drafting and participation in calls/emails with international stakeholders).
