Key Accountability:

  • Prepare email correspondence and respond to inquiries regarding new trademark applications, international trademark registrations, recordals, portfolio transfer, required documents, status updates, cost estimates, invoices, billing matters, etc.
  • Review and respond to filing instructions and proceed with new trademark application process, including reviewing, translating and advising on the specification of goods/services.
  • Review and respond to inquiries on provisional refusals of international trademark applications on issues of amendment of specification of goods/services.
  • Review and respond to instructions relating to all recordal work including portfolio transfer and handle such work until the end of the process.
  • Handle office actions on amendment of specification of goods/services received from Trademark Office e.g. check accuracy of official notices, record notices in the internal systems, prepare email reports, keep following up instructions from clients/agents, bill for the services rendered.
  • Others (check conflict; prepare client files; prepare assignment letters, prepare ACC07s, open matters in Intapp Open system; update discounts, update client contact and billing information, close files, etc.)
  • Perform administrative tasks e.g. save, print, file and upload ongoing/completed work in the internal systems.
  • Create, monitor, follow up, manage, diarize and prioritize any deadlines/tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous work experience in Trademark Registration area only.
  • Have positive attitude towards routine/paper work.
  • Able to communicate well in both English and Thai (verbal and written).
  • Proficient of MS Offices, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Able to multitask and good interpersonal skills.
  • Be highly efficient, self-disciplined, committed to providing superior client service.
  • Ability to work under pressure while paying close attention to work quality.
