Description
The Analyst, Financial Terms Management, Billing Operations - Contract (12 months) will provide operational support in the accurate and timely adoption of the client's contractual financial terms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to stakeholders (e.g., Business Development) regarding the implementation of pricing arrangements into SAP
- Execute initial pricing setups in SAP based on agreed terms and monthly maintenance (as directed by in-market and client support personnel)
- Execute timekeeper maintenance in client e-billing systems and audit SAP vs. client records when arrangements are updated
- Ensure that the Firm's central repository properly reflects the actual set-up of contracts/financial terms with clients
- Liaise with other functions, (e.g. in-market business partners, Business Development, eBilling, etc.) to ensure agreed terms are implemented correctly in SAP and that we are compliant with such obligations
- Support the annual standard rates setup process re: update of rates in SAP
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the ongoing review and maintenance of pricing setups
- Collaborate with the Business Development Marketing & Communications team in supporting Request For Proposal (RFP) and Pitch processes
- Continually seek to improve the implementation function, service offerings for Partners and In-Market resources, and extract insights from large datasets within SAP
Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or other Business discipline
- Extensive previous experience in Billing or Pricing or financial analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Passion for learning new tools and systems (e.g. SAP, BI, VBA, etc.) and data management is necessary
- Business proficiency in written and oral English
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to make effective, accurate decisions and judgment calls
- Effective time and task management essential to meet deadlines
