Description

The Entry-level Data Analyst, People Systems will provide support in the delivery of People Systems function and be responsible for implementing and maintaining Human Resource information systems of the Firm. This role's primary focus will be to ensure that data is accurately entered and maintained in SuccessFactors, SAP and any other applicable systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and ensuring that data is accurately entered and maintained in SuccessFactors, SAP and any other applicable systems.
  • Run reports, resolve all queries, ensure accuracy, prepare business documents, monitor HRIS systems, and maintain integrity of all data
  • Responsible for keeping data secure as much of the system information is confidential
  • Record and track requests through completion via ServiceNow
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

  • BS degree in HR or Information management with some relevant experience in HRIS/IS, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Very strong attention to details
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a collaborative team environment and take direction from senior departmental staff
  • Ability to trouble shoot technical problems and make recommendations on appropriate solutions
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator, good written and oral communication
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to deal courteously/effectively with others
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet operational needs
