Description
The Business Development and Marketing Executive will cover all BDMC activities fulfilling the more complex needs of both regional/ local PG/IG/Service Line Leaders instead of only handling Marketing & Communication functions (incl. DAS Ranking packages preparation & submission).
Responsibilities:
- Client pitch /fee proposal/capability statement (mainly in PowerPoint) preparation and coordination
- Rankings (mainly Chambers, legal 500, IFLR 1000) submission package preparation and coordination
- Regional and local client events execution and coordination
- English and Chinese website content updates (mainly lawyers' CVs)
- Key Client Program coordination and documentation
- Other BD and Marketing Communication activities execution or document preparation
- Support ad hoc requests from local and regional management
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and above; a Master's degree is preferred
- Some experience working in business development, marketing, or communications, preferably in a professional services firm
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with urgent work outside standard hours to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
- A high degree of motivation, with a driving sense of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and manage time/expectations to meet deadlines

- Fluent in English
