Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing all inquiries efficiently
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing conferences
- Assist in coordinating meetings for the team and clients, including catering arrangements
- Support the planning and execution of firm events and seminars
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism
Experience Requirements:
- Form 6 / DSE or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or customer services or related work. Having prior experience in a professional services firm is an advantage.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Skilled in standard PC applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
