Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing all inquiries efficiently
  • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing conferences
  • Assist in coordinating meetings for the team and clients, including catering arrangements
  • Support the planning and execution of firm events and seminars
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism

Experience Requirements:

  • Form 6 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or customer services or related work. Having prior experience in a professional services firm is an advantage. 
  • Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Skilled in standard PC applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
