We are currently looking for a Senior Associate with 5+ years' post qualification experience to join our Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. Our ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial disputes in a similar top-tier environment, knowledge of Supreme Court and Federal Court procedure, strong technical, drafting and commercial skills. They should have a strong client service ethic and work well as part of a team.
Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- bribery & corruption - investigations, policies & procedures, risk assessments, and due diligence.
- sanctions advice.
- trade compliance, export and import controls.
- anti-dumping matters.
- property litigation.
- working on commercial disputes for insurers.
