The Baker McKenzie corporate secretarial team assists with the:
- incorporation of companies
- annual corporate compliance obligations of companies
- maintaining and updating of corporate registers of companies
- changes in officeholders of companies
- increasing and decreasing capital in companies
- transfers of shares in companies
- changes of names of companies
- reorganisation and restructuring of corporate groups
- deregistration of companies.

The Baker McKenzie corporate secretarial team in Australia is going from strength to strength and is looking at adding a further corporate paralegal to assist the Corporate Secretarial team in Melbourne.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience as a corporate paralegal is preferred but not essential.
Suitable candidates will possess the following attributes:
- superior attention to detail
- strong organisational skills
- a strong work ethic to meet the high expectations of our clients - many of which are large global organisations in different time zones
- ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both writing and verbally noticed.
