Maisie Karissa Zabala is an associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial/M&A Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate in a full-service Philippine law firm known for its strong corporate, infrastructure, and energy practice.
Maisie was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 as an Exemplary Passer. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School under the Corporate Finance Track, where she authored a thesis on third‑party funding in international commercial arbitration.
