Timothy Westrate is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Group.
Prior to joining the Firm, Timothy advised clients concerning the tax aspects of various domestic and international corporate transactions at a multinational professional service firm.
Practice Focus
Timothy has experience with the planning and implementation of complex global corporate reorganization transactions for multinational clients, including post-acquisition integrations, pre-transaction separations and spin-offs, and tax-planning restructurings.

- Advised Evident Scientific, Inc. as international counsel on the carveout sale of its Inspection Technologies division to Wabtec Corp.
- Advised Johnson & Johnson in connection with the spin-off of its consumer health business segment into Kenvue.
