Auriane Wessels
Biography
Auriane Wessels practices in the Merger & Acquisitions practice group at Baker McKenzie’s Paris office since 2016.
She spent time working in Baker McKenzie’s Frankfurt office in 2016 and 2019, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Auriane is currently seconded to Baker McKenzie’s Chicago office as part of the Associate Training Program.
Practice Focus
Auriane primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as carve-out transactions. Auriane also provides counsel regarding corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Auriane is a member of the German Desk of Baker McKenzie.
