Biography
Jim Vrijaldenhoven is a junior associate in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office, where he advises on a wide range of employment law matters. He is a member of the Global Employment & Compensation Practice Group.
Practice Focus
Jim mainly assists human resources departments of multinational clients as well as the boards of small and medium-sized enterprises on a range of employment law matters. He provides legal support to clients going through collective dismissals, Works Council-related issues and (de)merger activities, among others. Jim also advises on cases relating to illness, poor performance files and dismissal cases.
