
Patricia Varona Garcia
Biography
Patricia Varona Garcia is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Group at the Chicago office. Before joining the firm, Patricia practiced corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, at a national firm in Chicago for over four years.
During law school, Patricia served as the Managing Editor for the University of Illinois’ Review of Intellectual Property Law and was an Associate Justice for the Moot Court Honors Board. Additionally, in 2019, she participated as a student clinician at the University of Illinois’ International Human Rights Clinic.
Patricia also honorably served in the United States Army for over four years.
