Laura Van Kleef
Biography
Laura van Kleef is an associate with Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam Direct Tax Team. She joined the Firm in January 2023. She is also a board member of the Women's Network of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
Practice Focus
Laura focuses on corporate tax law in an international context. She has a special interest in companies within the innovation and FinTech sectors as well as ESG-related matters. She advises Dutch multinational companies and their domestic or foreign shareholders on their tax positions and international group restructurings, and also has specific tax reporting knowledge in the context of FATCA/CRS/DAC8.
