Biography

Irlanda has been a partner in Baker McKenzie's Corporate Practice Group in Juárez since 2001 and coordinates the Corporate Group in Juarez. She has advised international companies in M&A, commercial and establishing operations in Mexico from start up to turn key operations.

Practice Focus

Her practice focuses on acquisition and reorganization of companies and corporate groups, shares and assets acquisitions, due diligence of companies.

Irlanda provides corporate and commercial legal advise to ongoing operations and corporate governance as well as project management coordinating all areas of the due diligence process and commercial contracts for Mexican established businesses. She represents several multinational companies with presence in Mexico.
