Biography

Alexandra Stoica is a mid-level associate in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in December 2025. Alexandra started her career as a lawyer at a full-service Belgian law firm, where she advised on a wide range of employment matters, including individual and collective employment disputes, workplace policies, and compliance issues, across diverse sectors and organizational structures.

Practice Focus

Alexandra advises primarily on individual and collective employment law as well as social security matters. She is experienced in providing companies with day-to-day guidance on HR-related questions and has a particular interest in (collective) dismissals, immigration matters, and cases involving harassment and discrimination. Alexandra also represents clients in conflicts, both in court proceedings and in settlements.
