Biography
Collin Stich is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Chicago office, where he serves as an associate-member of the Hiring Committee and Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Committee.
Practice Focus
Collin advises clients on complex cross-border transactions and international business matters, including global and domestic mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions. His clients include US multinationals and private equity funds across a range of industries.

- Advised Thoma Bravo and its portfolio companies as international counsel on a series of carve-outs, investments and cross-border transactions, including:
- its USD 10.55 billion all-cash acquisition of portions of Boeing’s Digital Aviation Solutions business, including its Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData & Oz Runways assets from The Boeing Company
- PROS on the international aspects of the sale of PROS’ B2B business to Conga
- Flexera's acquisition of the Spot business from NetApp, Inc.
- Advised McKesson Corporation as international counsel on its pending USD 2.25 billion acquisition of Precision Medicine Group, LLC, a global provider of clinical research and biopharma commercialization services.
- Advised Orora Limited on the USD 1.2 billion sale of its North American packaging and distribution business to Veritiv Corporation, an investee company of Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC.
- Advised Honeywell Technologies as international counsel on:
- the USD 1.4 billion sale of its productivity solutions and services business to Brady Corporation
- the sale of its warehouse and workflow solutions business to American Industrial Partners
- Advised Owens Corning in connection with the carve-out sale of its glass reinforcements business to Praana Group at an enterprise value of USD 755 million.
- Advised Ingram Micro, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity, on the US and international aspects of the USD 3 billion divestment of its Commerce & Lifecycle Services business division to Ceva Logistics (CMA CGM).
- Advised LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE on its acquisition of Belmond Ltd., owners, part-owners or managers of 45 luxury hotel, restaurant, train and river cruise properties, a USD 3.2 billion enterprise value transaction.
- Advised H. Lundbeck A/S on the acquisition of Alder BioPharmaceuticals, Inc, a company committed to migraine treatment and prevention, a transaction valued at USD 1.95 billion.
- Advised Accel-KKR and its portfolio companies as international counsel on a series of carve-outs, investments and cross-border transactions, including:
- the acquisition of Accertify, Inc., from American Express
- its investment in ToolsGroup B.V. and its add-on acquisitions of Mi9's Retail Demand management business and Evo Pricing
- its investments in AppSpace and Loftware
- Advised Novonesis on the global carve-out and sale of its lactase business to Kerry Group PLC.
- Advised Eutelsat Group, a global leader in satellite communications, on a definitive agreement for the sale of its passive ground segment infrastructure assets to EQT.
- Advised UL Solutions, Inc. on the divestiture of its payments testing business to Gallant Capital Partners, LLC and Fime.

- Advised a US-listed semiconductor materials company on a post-acquisition integration in 12+ jurisdictions, including the integration of manufacturing operations across APAC.
