Athziri has participated in international commercial arbitrations in construction and renewable energy matters in both English and Spanish. She also focuses her practice on civil, commercial and administrative proceedings, as well as constitutional proceedings.

• Member of the legal team in an ICDR arbitration in New York on behalf of a Spanish energy company regarding the construction of a wind farm in Mexico.
• Member of the legal team in an ICC arbitration on behalf of a Danish wind turbine company on a contract related to a wind farm in El Salvador.
• Assisted the legal team in an ICC arbitration on behalf of a Danish wind turbine company in a contractual dispute regarding a wind farm in Northern Mexico.
• Assisted the legal team representing a global gas company in a LCIA arbitration.
• Defended a global fertilizing company against fraudulent scheme and unjustified claim of debt.
• Complex litigation involving the real estate, business, and corporate sectors, as well as in the tourism industry.
• Advised and procured the enforcement of foreign judgments in Mexico.
