
Kiara Sharifi
Biography
Kiara Sharifi is an associate in Baker McKenzie's M&A and Capital Markets Practice Groups in Zurich. She joined the Firm in 2023 after graduating from Goethe Universität in Frankfurt and gaining experience as a trainee lawyer in the real estate team of an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
Kiara is admitted to the Frankfurt Bar Association and registered in the Attorneys’ List of the Canton of Zurich under article 28 of the Swiss Attorneys Act, allowing her to practice before all German and Swiss courts.
Practice Focus
She advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and capital market structures, with additional expertise in German law.

- Advised SIX-listed Investis Group on the sale of its entire real estate services business to PHM Group Oy, a pan-European real estate services provider.
- Advised SIX-listed Arbonia AG on the sale of its climate division to Midea Group for EUR 742 million.
- Advised Privatbank IHAG on the sale of its business to Bank Vontobel.
- Advised SIX-listed DocMorris AG on its successful rights offering with gross proceeds of CHF 208 million.
