Biography
Daniel joined Baker McKenzie in 2001, and is currently the partner in charge of the Foreign Trade and Customs Practice at Baker McKenzie's Guadalajara office.
He serves as an advisor to the Foreign Trade and Customs Committee of Index de Occidente, the National Foreign Trade and Customs Committee, and the National Tax Committee at Index Nacional.
Practice Focus
Daniel's practice is focused on areas such as free trade agreements, customs compliance, tariff classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, export promotion programs, and governmental affairs.
