Cara Patrice R. Rosete
Biography
Cara Patrice R. Rosete is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Intellectual Property, Data and Technology Practice Group.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2024, graduating third in her batch, and passed the Philippine Bar in 2025.
Cara’s strong legal foundation is complemented by multiple Best Speaker awards in international moot court competitions.
Practice Focus
Cara’s practice focuses on intellectual property, including brand management, enforcement, and IPTech contracts. She has experience handling IP disputes before courts and administrative agencies. Cara also advises on data privacy matters, further broadening her experience in the intersection of law and technology.
