Biography

Josh Robson is an associate based in London, advising on EU and UK competition and regulatory law.

Josh practises across a broad range of areas, including merger control, antitrust investigations, competition litigation and regulatory matters. He has experience before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority and the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Josh trained at Baker McKenzie and has been seconded in-house and to the Brussels office.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Advising two pharmaceutical multinationals in connection with a follow-on damages claim before the Competition Appeal Tribunal resulting from a decision of the European Commission.
  • Advised a global media company in relation to the sports broadcasting and production cartel investigation by the Competition and Markets Authority.
  • Advised Safran on its acquisition of the actuation and flight control activities of Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, in a transaction valued at USD 1.8 billion, including a divestment remedy.
  • Advised a global constructions chemicals company with respect to multiple cartel investigations across different jurisdictions.
