Laura is a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a specialist in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes, with six years of experience advising companies in Colombia and internationally. Her practice focuses on corporate and contract law, mergers and acquisitions, structuring complex transactions for capital raising, and commercial contract negotiation. With extensive experience in corporate law, she has guided multinationals, startups, and family-owned businesses through every stage of their corporate life cycle.
