Biography

Andrés Ramírez is a middle associate in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Practice in Bogotá, with over seven years of experience in trademark enforcement, litigation, and portfolio management.

He has authored multiple publications on IP law and has spoken at national conferences, including Comic Con Colombia and ACPI. Andrés has led trainings for Customs authorities on border measures and counterfeit prevention.

He currently serves as the office’s pro bono coordinator, liaising with global institutions to advance access to justice and public interest advocacy.
