Biography
Charlotte Pichler is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice group at Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt. She studied law at the University of Tübingen and completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt and the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. In addition, she completed a certificate program in Law, Ethics and Economics, which provided her with in-depth knowledge at the intersection of legal issues, ethical principles and economic considerations. Before joining Baker McKenzie as an Associate, Charlotte worked as a research assistant and legal trainee at leading European business law firms.
Practice Focus
Charlotte advises private equity sponsors, direct lenders, banks and other financial institutions on all aspects of acquisition and leveraged finance transactions and financial restructurings.
