Biography
Till Pflug is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate Practice Group. Before he joined Baker McKenzie in 2019, Till served his legal traineeship at the District Court of Frankfurt and worked as an associate in the real estate practice groups of two other international law firms in Frankfurt.
Practice Focus
Till advises international and domestic clients on all real estate related matters, in particular real estate transactions including sale and leaseback transactions and commercial leases.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised a major European bank on several commercial lease agreements, including the negotiation and new conclusion of the lease agreement for its German headquarter.
- Advised an international producer of printer inks on the sale and partial leaseback of industrial sites in Germany.
- Advised a German mechatronics company on the sale and leaseback of an industrial site in Germany.
- Advised Sika on the partial divestment of the business of MBCC Group to INEOS, in particular with respect to the carve-out of the divested business from the MBCC Group.
- Advised D.H. Deutsche Hospitality Ltd. on the sale of all shares in Steigenberger Hotels AG (with more than 80 hotel operations) to Huazhu Group.
- Advised Cognizant on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of ESG Mobility, a subsidiary of ESG Elektroniksystem - und Logistik - GmbH, a portfolio company of Armira Private Equity.
- Advised Air Liquide on real estate matters in connection with the sale of the shares in Schülke & Mayr GmbH to EQT (carve-out and site separation).
- Advised Senwes Ltd in real estate matters in the context of the acquisition of four agricultural machinery dealers in Germany.
- Advised Aurelius Group in relation to real estate matters in the acquisition of LSG Group from Lufthansa.
- Advised Peakside Capital in the acquisition of Grand Hotel Hessischer Hof.
- Continued advice of different international retailers in connection with lease agreements in Germany.
