Biography

Manuel Pasarin has been with the Corporate & Securities Practice Group of Baker McKenzie since 2023. He joined Baker McKenzie as an intern/law clerk for the Tijuana Office. His practice is mainly focused on corporate, transactional, and M&A practices, covering general corporate maintenance, supporting multinational clients in their establishment, development, and operations in Mexico, as well as foreign investments and cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Manuel Pasarin graduated from law school with honors (cum laude), receiving a recognition for his outstanding performance in the Law Degree Graduation Exam, being the first in his class, also obtaining the CENEVAL Excellence Performance Award – EGEL, a national recognition awarded to less than 2% of law graduates nationwide.
