Kira Němcová is a junior associate focusing primarily on real estate and corporate law.
Practice Focus
Kira's practice focuses on providing legal services related to real estate transactions, including negotiation of commercial leases for retail tenants, sale and leaseback transactions, turnkey construction contracts and various other long-term lease agreements. She also advises on real estate acquisitions and disposals.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised on the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of production facilities from our client, a major multinational producer of food and beverages.
- Advised a development and investment group (acting through its Croatian subsidiary) on the preparation of comprehensive contractual documentation for the greenfield development of a logistics park in Croatia with approximately 83,000 sqm of warehouse space.
- Represented a leading global provider of private education in negotiations with a developer regarding a future lease for a prospective school campus.
