Biography
Nick is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Banking & Finance team in London, focusing on real estate finance. He regularly advises investment banks and alternative lenders on complex European and pan-European transactions, including back-leverage financings.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Nick held a structuring and execution role at a leading European real estate asset manager, working on both their primary origination and secondary participation transactions.
Nick previously spent six years at a Magic Circle law firm advising lenders on market-leading real estate finance transactions.
