Lesley Mondez is a senior associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate and Commercial/M&A Practice Group. She is a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group.
Practice Focus
Lesley has 10 years of experience in M&A, corporate reorganization and restructuring, commercial agreements and contracts, and general corporate and commercial work. She has participated in the conduct of legal due diligence on several target companies, and has drafted and assisted in the negotiations of transaction documents related to mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and project finance. Her practice spans several industries, including pharmaceutical and healthcare, consumer and retail, banking, gaming, manufacturing, real estate and infrastructure.
