Biography
Luke is a senior associate in our Bahrain office and has lived and worked in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia for the past six years. He advises on the development and financing of power, water, transportation and other infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and across the wider MENA region.
