Kirsty McCarron
Biography
Kirsty Mc Carron is an associate in the Baker McKenzie London office’s Antitrust & Competition team. After training at the Firm, she qualified into the team in 2022.
As a trainee, Kirsty spent time on secondment with Baker McKenzie's EU Competition & Regulatory Affairs practice in Brussels.
Practice Focus
Kirsty's practice covers a wide variety of competition law issues, focusing on multijurisdictional merger control, EU and UK cartel investigations, vertical distribution issues and behavioural and compliance advice.
She has broad experience working directly with regulators, including the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
Representative Legal Matters
- Representing a global fashion business in a cross-border investigation into industry-wide collaboration to pursue sustainability objectives.
- Advising CG&R clients on vertical distribution systems.
- Advising a multinational corporation during a CMA dawn raid.
