Karol Daniela Martinez Gordillo
Biography
Karol Martinez is a junior associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She has experience in Procedural, Commercial, Civil, Administrative and Constitutional Law.
She is a member of the Colombian Center for Constitutional Procedural Law.
Before joining Baker McKenzie, Karol worked in the Dispute Resolution team at another recognized firm. She focused her practice in civil, commercial, administrative litigation and national arbitration.
Practice Focus
Karol focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution. Karol has worked in the defense of important transnational companies in the pharmaceutical and retail sectors in proceedings related to contractual and tort liability, as well as class actions.
Karol also has experience in Evidence Law, Human Rights and International Criminal Law participating with the team that represented Universidad del Rosario in the VII International Criminal Court Contest 2020 edition of the Iberoamerican Institute of the Hague and was a teacher assistant in evidence law.
