Biography

Regina Marta joined Baker McKenzie in July 2017 as an intern in the transfer pricing area and since January 2018 has served as a junior associate in the Firm's Monterrey office. Her professional experience includes participation in matters related to the consumer goods and retail industry, support in the preparation of transfer pricing studies, anticipated transfer pricing agreements (APA), antidumping investigations and valuation of companies, amongst others.

Practice Focus

Regina's practice focuses on tax matters, specifically on transfer pricing. She has participated in projects for Mexican and foreign clients engaged in steel, energy, retail and consumer goods manufacturing, among other industries. In the same way, her professional and academic experience focuses on international economics, financial economics, risk management, data science and analytics.
