Paulina Lores
Biography
Paulina is a junior associate in Baker McKenzie's Banking/Financial and Mergers/Acquisitions Practice Group in the Mexico City office. She joined the Firm in 2020 and has 4 years of experience in banking transactions, granting of guarantees and credits, among other financial operations. Paulina has been also involved in card payment processing and Fintech projects, as well as on the advising of clients regarding their regulatory obligations and registration requirements with the Mexican regulator. In addition, she has been part of various due diligence, corporate maintenance as well as M&A transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Paulina worked at a well-known Mexican law firm, where she gained experience in environmental and financial law as well as corporate transactions.
