Luca Linsalata
Biography
Luca Linsalata is an associate in the Employment Law Practice Group at the Berlin office of Baker McKenzie. He spent his legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Kammergericht Berlin with stations during his traineeship at a federal ministry and at an internationally operating German law firm in Berlin and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). In 2025, he passed his second state exam. Prior to that, he studied law at the Humboldt University Berlin.
Practice Focus
Luca advises German and international companies on all labor and employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. He also counsels companies on reorganizations and works council issues. In this context, Luca represents companies in labor court proceedings in Germany.
