Biography
Shakayla Lee is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Commercial Practice group, based in the New York office. Prior to joining the Firm, Shakayla worked at another international law firm as a corporate associate, with experience in technology transactions, life sciences collaborations and M&A transactions.
Practice Focus
Shakayla represents clients on intellectual property and technology transactions, negotiating agreements, structuring licensing frameworks, platform policies, promotional guidelines, social media assets, conducting due diligence, and advising on digital media and AI compliance. She advises across a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, commercialization and protection of intellectual property and technology assets.
