Bryan Koorstad
Biography
Bryan Koorstad joined Baker McKenzie in 2014 and advises multinational corporations on complex cross-border corporate transactions. His work includes global expansions, post-acquisition integrations, legal entity rationalizations, and governance matters. Bryan also regularly serves as outside counsel to global businesses, providing guidance on entity restructurings and intercompany arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. Drawing on prior experience in tax and M&A, Bryan brings a holistic perspective to corporate reorganizations and related transactions.
