Biography

Bryan Koorstad is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s California office, focusing on Cross-Border Transactions and Integrations (CBTI). Bryan has significant experience advising clients on a variety of intercompany corporate transactions involving legal entities around the globe. His expertise includes post-acquisition integrations, cash repatriation, legal entity rationalizations, and other general restructuring transactions. Bryan also regularly serves as outside corporate legal counsel for several publicly-traded multinational corporations, advising on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. He has a deep understanding of the cross-functional impacts of corporate transactions, including corporate, tax, finance, accounting, HR, and regulatory perspectives. Bryan's comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of a restructuring transaction are seamlessly integrated, providing clients with holistic and effective solutions.

  • Advised Calera Capital in its acquisition of Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Company, LLC from The Anderson Group, LLC.
