Biography
Elisa is a counsel of the Corporate M&A Practice Group of Baker McKenzie Milan office.
She mainly practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private equity and corporate law.
Practice Focus
Elisa assists with corporate reorganizations, mergers, spin-offs, carve-outs, sales and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling and governance.
She assists clients in structuring, implementing and project managing complex reorganizations (including cross-border), cross-border carve-outs, pre-sale reorganizations, post-acquisition integration projects, and general corporate transformations and/or conversions.
Elisa has experience managing transactions in multiple industries, including retail and consumer goods, fashion, computers and software, medical products and devices, telecommunications, chemicals and regulated sectors.
