Biography
Saskia Ilzhöfer is an associate in the Banking & Finance Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt since December 2023. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie as an associate, Saskia worked as a research assistant in a leading European law firm and as a trainee lawyer in an international law firm and a major German bank.
Practice Focus
Saskia advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, banks and debt funds on all aspects of banking and finance law, in particular on domestic and cross-border financing transactions in the areas of acquisition financing (leveraged/LBO financing), syndicated corporate financing and financial restructuring.
