Elliot Horlick
Biography
Elliot Horlick is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s New York City office and is a member of the Firm’s Transactional Group and Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. His practice focuses primarily on intellectual property-driven transactions for life sciences companies. Prior to joining the Firm, Elliot worked in the New York City offices of two international law firms.
Practice Focus
Elliot advises startup, emerging, and multinational life sciences companies on transactional matters including license and collaboration agreements, sponsored research agreements, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, professional services agreements, material transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. He also advises companies on the intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, financings, and royalty monetization transactions.
