Biography
Robbie Higgins is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice in London. Robbie is an English qualified tax lawyer who trained at Baker McKenzie and practices in corporate tax law. He has recently spent time on secondment to the HQ of a British multinational consumer goods company.
Practice Focus
Robbie regularly advises on all aspect of UK corporate tax, with a particular focus on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate restructurings and tax disputes. He also advises on a wide range of multinational group tax planning matters, including in relation to Pillar Two.
