Luke Harber
Biography
Luke Harber is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s London Banking & Finance team. He advises banks, credit funds and sponsors on complex real estate finance and structured lending transactions across Europe, including senior financings, loan-on-loan and back-leverage facilities, warehouse financings and securitisations.
Before joining the Firm, Luke held a senior execution role at a US investment bank where he led the legal execution of spread products transactions across EMEA, working closely with origination teams on commercial real estate and structured financings.
Luke previously practiced at a Magic Circle law firm where he advised major banks and institutional lenders on high-value cross-border real estate finance transactions across Europe.
