Luke Harber
Biography
Before joining the Firm, Luke held a senior execution role at a US investment bank where he led the legal execution of spread products transactions across EMEA, working closely with origination teams on commercial real estate and structured financings.
Luke previously practiced at a Magic Circle law firm where he advised major banks and institutional lenders on high-value cross-border real estate finance transactions across Europe.
Practice Focus
Luke focuses on commercial real estate finance and structured lending transactions across Europe. He advises global banks, debt funds and institutional investors on senior real estate financings, loan-on-loan and back-leverage facilities, warehouse financings and securitisation structures involving portfolios of real estate loans and related assets.
His work frequently involves cross-border transactions and sophisticated financing structures for credit platforms and alternative lenders. These transactions often sit at the intersection of real estate finance, structured credit and capital markets.
