Biography

Isabella Guzmán is a junior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Real Estate, Environmental and Regulatory Practice Groups. She advises domestic and multinational clients on real estate transactions, environmental compliance matters, regulatory assessments and legal due diligence projects. Her practice encompasses permitting, land use, environmental liabilities and operational compliance requirements, as well as support for cross-border transactions and multijurisdictional regulatory initiatives. Isabella regularly prepares legal analyses, due diligence reports and strategic advice for clients across a wide range of industries. She also contributes to the Chambers Global Practice Guides on Environmental Law.
