Biography
Cole A. Gray is an associate based in Baker McKenzie's Palo Alto office and a member of the Firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Practice Focus
Cole represents companies and individuals in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and investigations. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, multijurisdictional disputes, and problem-solving for companies at all stages of development. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Cole practiced in the litigation department at a global law firm headquartered in Northern California.

- Breach of contract and commercial fraud dispute on behalf of leading semiconductor company involving international supply and financing agreements
- Post-acquisition "earn-out" dispute following successful sale of technology company
- Ad-tech false advertising and breach of contract dispute on behalf of Reddit
- Multijurisdictional dispute alleging fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims against manager of venture capital partnership
- Multijurisdictional dispute alleging fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of fiduciary duty claims against former CEO of China-headquartered semiconductor company
