Biography
Laetitia Goor is a senior associate within the Amsterdam Corporate Structures Team of the Corporate Department. She works closely with other Firm legal and tax lawyers in Amsterdam and other offices to ensure integrated transaction support.
Practice Focus
As a candidate civil-law notary, Laetitia’s practice focuses on Dutch corporate (notarial) law and is experienced in (the coordination of) cross-border corporate restructurings (including (re)structuring of real estate funds), including the establishment of new corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions as well as setting up joint ventures, partnerships and corporations.
