Dr. Leon Frese
Biography
Leon Frese is an associate in the Employment and Compensation practice group at Baker McKenzie's Berlin office. He studied law at the University of Passau, specialising in labour law, before passing his first state examination. He then worked at the Chair of Civil and Labour Law at the University of Passau, successfully completing his doctorate in 2024. He completed his legal training at the Munich Higher Regional Court in 2025.
Practice Focus
Leon advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, including dismissals and employment contract drafting. He also assists companies with restructuring and works council matters. He represents companies in labour court disputes in Germany.
