Biography

Daniela Frascella is a senior counsel and the Head of the Public and Environmental Law Department in Italy.

Practice Focus

Daniela Frascella focuses her practice on advising corporations, individuals and financial institutions on administrative and environmental law and sustainability matters, specifically in the healthcare and life science and the infrastructure, electrochemical and energy sectors.

She has extensive experience advising corporations throughout the various stages of project development, including obtaining the necessary environmental permits, environmental impact assessments, waste management, and remediation procedures.

She also regularly advises companies, boards, special committees, in-house counsels in connection with compliance with EU and Italian environmental and sustainability regulations, ESG and climate change matters. In the health care sector, she has extensive experience assisting on regulatory compliance, transparency obligations, interaction with healthcare professionals and organizations, interactions with regulatory authorities, products approval, participation in public tendering processes, public contracts implementation, products compliance.

Daniela has also extensive experience in public law litigation before administrative courts and is qualified to represent clients before the Supreme Court since 2010.

She is also an Arbitrator with the International Chamber of Commerce.
